You can buy tickets for Elmira Theatre Company three ways:
Online, Over the Phone, or In Person.

To purchase a subscription or more than 8 tickets, or if you need accessible seating,
please call KW Tickets at 519-578-1570 or 1-800-265-8977 and they will be able to help you.
You will not need to show a ticket at the Elmira Theatre door when you arrive for your show, you will simply need to tell the ticket taker whose name the tickets were bought under and we will show you to your seats.

If you need accessible seating for someone with mobility limitations or who is hard of hearing please call KW Tickets and tell them you need accessible seating and they will be able to get you floor level seats.

Visit Centre in the Square (101 Queen St N, Kitchener, ON) in person to purchase tickets for Elmira Theatre. Centre in the Square is open Monday to Friday, 10AM – 5PM, and will sell tickets for Elmira Theatre shows up until 3pm on the date of the performance.
If there are seats available for a performance you can purchase a ticket at the door of Elmira Theatre for that day’s performance, but this is a risk because many of our performances sell out, and you cannot pre-purchase tickets at our theatre’s door.

Ticket prices include all taxes, but some fees may apply; see below for details.

NO FEES for customers who purchase tickets in person at Centre in the Square.
$2 Order Fee for all online or phone orders.
$3 Per-Ticket Fee for all Single Ticket online or phone orders. (This does not apply to subscriptions.)
For orders of 8 tickets or more take advantage of our Per-Ticket Fee being capped at $18 only when you order by phone.
