If I am sick the day I am supposed to attend a show, can I get a refund?
If you are not feeling well on the day of the show, please keep yourself and others safe by staying home. You may exchange your ticket(s) to a show on a different date if seats are available. If this is not possible we will authorize the box office to send you a full refund. To exchange your ticket or arrange for a refund, call the Centre In The Square Box Office at 519-578-1570, or toll-free at 1-800-265-8977.
Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! Tickets may be exchanged for another night or even another show, subject to availability. All ticket exchanges are handled by contacting the Center In The Square Box Office at 519-578-1570, or toll-free at 1-800-265-8977, and may be subject to a service fee.
I tried to buy tickets online and got an error saying I “may not leave a single seat between occupied seats”. What’s wrong?
Sorry about this! This is an unavoidable quirk of our online sales system which happens when trying to purchase seven seats. Please contact Centre in the Square / KW Tickets Box Office staff and they will be able to sell you the seats you are looking for. Is there a Dress Code?
No shoes, no shirt, no service! Other than that you are welcome to wear whatever makes you comfortable. That being said most people that attend our show wear business-casual clothing.
Can I buy a Subscriber Package online?
Unfortunately the online system is not able to sell Subscriber Packages. Box Office staff at Centre in the Square / KW Tickets are happy to sell you a Subscriber Package. You can reach them by calling 519-578-1570, or toll-free at 1-800-265-8977 or visiting Centre in the Square in person.
Is Elmira Theatre a non-profit or charity?
Elmira Theatre Company is a Registered Charity, registration number 89434 9604 RR 0001. Donations of $10 or more will be issued a tax receipt.
