Elmira Theatre Company has operated out of several venues over our 40+ year history,
and in 2023 we moved to 60 Arthur St. S. Elmira, in the Wyatt St. entrance of St. James Lutheran Church.
We are very excited to introduce you to our new home, in the west end of the historical St. James Lutheran Church, one of the first buildings built in Elmira. The higher stage and open venue allows us to offer more ground level accessible seating while maintaining excellent sight lines for all our patrons. It is our hope that all patrons and guests who enter our location feel comfortable and want for nothing. We are fully wheelchair accessible and meet all safety requirements and regulations. We look forward to continuing to adapt and improve the space for our patrons in the years to come.
Seating
Can comfortably seat up to 110 patrons with plenty of room to move around.
Spacious Bathrooms
Clean bathrooms with multiple facilities in each, plus an individual wheelchair accessible washroom.
Concession Booth
Coffee, tea, soft drinks and sweet treats available for sale during performances.
Parking Available
We have some accessible street parking and plenty of parking in the adjacent municipal lot.
